Monthly Meetings

Our August gathering is Sun, Aug 9 at the Norwood Community Center in Norwood, Ohio. Ray Persing, MMR® will share a presentation on “Modeling on a Budget: Turning Trash into Treasures.” Afterwards, we'll tour the layouts of Roy Allan and Tom Brueggeman, MMR®.

Our model and photo contest topic is "Box, Stock or Refrigerator Car." See Contest tab for details and entry categories. We'll also conduct our popular Company Store, Video Library and Raffle. See the Company Store tab for our merchandise offerings and car kits. See the Video Library tab for our video library list of about 300 DVD's. We'll also begin distributing Fall Show Signs to all that will post them starting 3 weeks prior to our October 10-11 Fall Show.

We'll simulcast the meeting via Zoom for members that can't travel to the meeting. The Zoom link will be emailed to Div. 7 members during the week before the meeting. Those new to Zoom should read the Zoom Quick Guide.

Special visiting guest modeler and author Mike Tylick, MMR® will share a new clinic on “Scratch Building Scituate Marine Supply”. Afterwards, we'll tour the layouts of Paul Maciulewicz and Curt LaRue.
