We are meeting at Sam's Thursday Night to conduct the pre meeting to plan the video shoot.
Proposed agenda is as follows
1. David will outline the video guidelines and process
2. Sam to talk to us about what he want to show off about his layout
3. Walk the layout and identify potential shot locations
4. Do some storyboarding to layout a video structure
5. Schedule a date for shooting the video

Layouts will normally be prioritized first come first serve unless circumstances (like a layout being demolished) dictate we video sooner.
